When does the money go into the building's bank account?

The money is transferred by Bllink to the building’s bank account by the 15th of the following month. What does that mean? Just like a salary, for example – the entire amount collected during the month of July is transferred to the building’s bank account until August 15th

For sure! Bllink’s system gives the building manager organized tracking reports that are open only to him in order to produce accurate tracking of the finances. As an administrator, you can view payments on an annual, monthly level and even view the payment history of a specific apartment

Messing with the tenants’ money is an important and error-free task. As part of the regulation that protects the building and the tenants, we request a photocopy of a check or confirmation of account ownership in order to verify the transfer details and to make sure that the money is transferred to be used only for the house committee

Since the payment of the commission is required only when charges are made to the building and in order to facilitate the process, the payment is made in the form of an offset from a transfer to the bank account of the House Committee so that there is no need to perform additional actions

Bllink makes sure that both parties are satisfied – the tenant can spread the collection over up to 12 payments and the building’s bank account will be credited with the full amount in one go

At any stage you can make a refund for the payment made by credit card. The credit is made by contacting our customer service via the email support@bllink.co or via the hotline 03-5090045. It is important to note that a credit card debit does not include the payment of the clearing fee.

Does the payment occupy a credit limit?

The great advantage of making payments through Blink is that the payment does not take up a credit limit. Blink’s advanced system performs a separate charge every month, and this is how we make sure that your credit limit is free and will allow you the maximum flexibility

With Bllink you can make a single payment or a fixed monthly payment. The monthly payment is limited to 12 months and is made automatically every month. A Bllink representative will make sure to contact you when the payment ends, so there is no need to even set a reminder to renew the payment

The monthly charge is made regularly on the 16th or 17th of each month. You can at any stage contact a Bllink representative and ask him to update the date for making the charge and thus make the convenience of paying the commission by credit card personalized

The payment will be deducted from the bank account at the fixed date of the credit card along with all other charges made on the card

The cancellation is easily done by contacting the committee representative or the Bllink representative. We make sure that during the conversation all future charges will be canceled and you will be able to move to the new apartment with peace of mind

Stopping payments is done at no additional cost! Since future payments have not yet been made, there is no additional payment or commission hidden in the receipt

Payment with Bllink complies with all the regulations required in the State of Israel to operate financial services with a credit card. The payment complies with the international PCI standard that ensures the protection of tenants’ information at the highest level that exists
